We’re looking for a curious, energetic and results-focused Brand Manager to help drive growth across an exciting and evolving portfolio. You’ll own strategy and execution end-to-end, delivering impact across the full marketing mix.

 

Job Description

 

What you’ll do

 

Working cross-functionally with category, technical, and sales teams, you will:

 

  • Shape and lead brand strategy, bringing it to life through standout campaigns, retail execution, and communications
  • Turn consumer insight, trends and performance data into compelling brand stories and activations that connect with shoppers
  • Drive portfolio growth through insight-led initiatives, innovation, and range evolution
  • Play a key role in launching new products, helping take ideas from concept to shelf with impact
  • Act as a brand custodian, building strong, consistent brands across every consumer and shopper touchpoint
  • Track performance, learn fast and optimise activity to drive results
  • Be an active, positive force in a collaborative, high-performing marketing team

  • Experience in Brand Management within FMCG, food, or a similar environment
  • A curious, self-driven mindset with a strong bias for action
  • Commercial thinking paired with creative brand sensibility
  • Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
  • Energy, accountability, and a genuine interest in learning and building capability

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract covering parental leave; ideally to start by last week of February.
