Perfection Fresh is one of Australia’s leading premium fresh produce businesses, connecting growers, customers and consumers through trusted brands and innovative products. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Brand & Marketing to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy across the Perfection Fresh portfolio. 

Fresh produce is one of the most dynamic spaces in food right now. Consumer interest in fresh, healthy and high-quality food continues to grow, creating new opportunities for strong brands to shape the category. This role offers the opportunity to help elevate how fresh produce brands connect with consumers — and to lead a team delivering meaningful brand impact in a fast-moving business. 

Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer, you will lead brand strategy, campaigns and customer marketing initiatives across the portfolio while managing and developing a talented marketing team. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with category, sales and innovation teams to bring new products, campaigns and brand experiences to market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building brands, developing people and turning strategy into action.

Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of brand and marketing strategies
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, media and retail channels
  • Drive customer and shopper marketing initiatives with key retailers
  • Lead, coach and develop the brand marketing team
  • Use consumer insights and market data to guide strategy and performance
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, category and innovation teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes

 You’re a marketing leader who enjoys working in a dynamic, evolving environment and thrives on turning ideas into results.

You bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing or brand leadership roles
  • Strong experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
  • The ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive outcomes
  • A commercial mindset and strong collaboration skills
  • FMCG or food marketing experience highly regarded
