Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Site Logistics Manager to lead our distribution and logistics operations at one of our key sites. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of product while delivering exceptional service to customers and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Head of Logistics & Distribution, you will lead warehouse, transport, and inventory activities while driving a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily site logistics, warehouse, and transport operations in an ambient and chilled environment.
Deliver outstanding DIFOT (Delivered in Full on Time) performance.
Manage site labour and 3PL relationships.
Drive safety, compliance, quality, and food safety standards.
Monitor and improve key operational KPIs including:
Inventory Accuracy
Labour Management
Active Cost Control
Develop and coach frontline supervisors and team members.
Lead operational planning during peak seasonal demand.
Collaborate closely with growers, operations, and customer sales teams.

You will bring:
5+ years' experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain management.
