This role requires you to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 2:00am - 10:00am.

Key Responsibilities

Receival & Dispatch:

• Communicate with drivers for safe docking.
• Unload incoming trucks and check off stock and pallet counts against paperwork.
• Record and report any discrepancies.
• Label incoming stock with date codes and GRN labels.
• Move and rotate stock to the correct location.
• Notify relevant areas of stock delivery.
• Load trucks for dispatch, ensuring correct stock is picked.

Order Fulfilment:

• Print daily orders and prioritize workload.
• Collect, re-pack, stack, and label stock as per customer specifications.
• Check stock quality and report issues.
• Relocate stock to a safe holding area for dispatch.

Servicing Markets:

• Respond to market sales team for late orders and stock top-ups.
• Locate and load stock for market transport, recording product details.
• Transport stock to Brisbane market floor/warehouse if needed.

Other Duties:

• Keep packaging and pallet areas tidy and safe.
• Report and rectify any labeling issues.
• Rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Monitor cool room conditions and ensure product quality.
• Cover FLT duties in other locations if required.
• Unload pallet/bin trucks from CHEP.
• Dispose of packaging and raw material waste.
• Maintain and clean the forklift used.
• Return forklifts to the battery area and charge if possible.
